We make every effort to deliver high-quality content and effective marketing campaigns, but we do not promise results, such as increased revenue or rankings.
2 Content Creation
All content created by Adflowa shall be original and comply with copyright laws.
The clients have to provide current and accurate information for content development.
Adflowa reserves the right to refuse content creation in the event of deprivation under being against ethical or legal standards.
3 Client Responsibilities
Provide timely feedback and approval regarding marketing strategy and content.
Give any and all information on your business to avoid false closure of a marketing segment or your target audience.
Keep the website or platform fully authorized according to law.
4. Terms of Payment
.1 Billing
All payments are to be received according to the payment plan approved.
We accept payments through credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers and other secure payment methods.
.2 Refund Policy
Unless stated in an agreement, payments are non-refundable.
Payment disputes must be communicated within 14 days from the date of the invoice.
.3 Late Payments
Suspension or termination of services may result due to late payments.
Overdue payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, but shall not exceed the legal rate.
5. Confidentiality
Information shared by the client will be treated with the utmost confidentiality by Adflowa.
Except for legal obligations, we will not reveal your proprietary information to other parties regardless of consent.
6. Intellectual Property
All assets and content designed by Adflowa are the property of the client after full payment is received.
Adflowa has the freedom to use completed works for marketing purposes unless otherwise stated in the use restrictions.
7. Marketing Strategies
.1 SEO and PPC
Adequate time and substantial investments may be required for SEO strategies to have a meaningful impact. Adflowa cannot promise or ensure success in attaining the desired position in the search engine.
Allowable spending will be adhered to during the implementation of PPC campaigns. Adflowa is not responsible for any difficulties arising from the platform or the policies of other advertisers.
2 Content Performance
Their content performance is rest dependent on the ever-changing market dynamics and client-related matters. Adflowa shall not be liable for any controllable outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
Aside from the limits of achievables stated above, which encompass direct, indirect, consequential and any incurs that have occurred by the use of any of our services, Adflowa remains unaccountable for these claims.
Our liability is reckoned to an extent of the service fee proportionate to the service suffered.
9. Termination
The agreement can be terminated by either party upon providing 30 days’s notice in writing.
Adflowa shall settle any outstanding amounts owed upon termination immediately.
10. Amendments
Adflowa won’t inform you but will get in contact with you once these guidelines get to be changed. New guidelines will be available on the web portal and will be active without delay.
11. Governing Law
